Street Photography
1-2-1 workshops in Munich
Street photography is a very special art form that stands out strongly from other genres of photography
due to its authenticity and endless diversity.
Inspired by the great masters of this genre, I – Daniel Mittermeier – will guide you to the most iconic locations in my hometown of Munich and teach you how to see light and shadow to compose images like you’ve never created before.
Whether you are a beginner or a professional, my street photography workshop is designed as one-on-one coaching, ensuring you receive my full attention for your maximum learning success. I will teach you the essential technical skills for street photography as well as my creative approach to finding and “working through” a scene until your images mature into masterpieces.
Optionally, we can also work together to edit and further optimize your best shots in Lightroom.

We will dedicate an entire day to crafting fine art photography with forms, light, and shadow. The ultimate goal is to create artistic works by the end of the day that will enhance your portfolio.

The Street Photography MASTERCLASS in Munich combines the aforementioned topics, covering the broadest possible spectrum of street photography genres and subjects. We begin with the City Workshop, which serves as the foundation for the Fine Art Workshop the following day.
If the Lightroom Workshop is booked as well, we will spend half a day editing the photos from the City Workshop first. This allows my creative approach to photo editing to influence the shooting process in the subsequent Fine Art Workshop.
Each participant will also receive my custom-designed e-book “Belichtungssimulator” as a downloadable PDF. This interactive tool helps you deepen your understanding of proper exposure by allowing you to experiment with various camera settings using hundreds of example photos.
